That was a very low dose and slow increase of T4/T3 combination and

adding that little T3 that slowly may have made you more hypo by

lowering TSH without replacing the amount it reduced your output by

It may be you are hypo and that can cause heart issues.

If you had a significant RT3 issue it is worth doing the T3 protocol

fully and going onto T3 only, the details of what is known to work are
