week 9 status, need some help

Hello, I am week 9 and at 87 T3. Today I woke up and seem dizzy and weak. For the last few days my husband/son have been saying I am acting hyper..........I am taking the iron only 1-2/day, and I am taking isocort 5-4-1........only today I upped it at midday because of how I feel. Any suggestions, and I think I have to go 3 months correct? What is upper limit of the T3? Sandy
