Guest guest
My wife has a good naturopathic doctor that is treating her fibromyalgia. He has done a saliva test and has her on Seriphos (Serine & Phosphorus) to lower her high cortisol levels since May 20. She has been on low dose Naturethroid since June but symptoms seemed to worsen. A new blood test revealed that since starting Naturethroid, the FT3/ RT3 ratio worsened: • FT3= 3.5 (range 2.0-4.8 pg/mL) • RT3= 37 (range 11-32 ng/dL) Her doctor just started her on T3 only but doesn't want to increase dosage as frequently as thyroid-rt3.com suggests. On the 4th day of being on T3 (6.25mcg two times/day), she had severe migraine with nausea. Was this an indication of needing more T3? Another concern is temperature (Dr. Rind) which varies up to .6 deg. from one day to the next. Does she need adrenal support? If so, suggestions? Thanks, Rick
