I've included both sets of labs so you can see progress. I feel like this is

likely the optimal thyroid dose for me based on BP and heart rate etc. Still

feel very fatigued in the AM which I think is related more to low cortisol (I'm

also on 40mgs cortisol). I have an appt with the doc next week and I'm sure

he'll once again push for me to go on Armour, but he wants me to lower the dose

even more to two grains which I KNOW will make me super HYPO. I've been on the

cynomel for about 2 years now. I started the 50,000 weekly dose of Vitamin D

and I think I need more. That has helped the morning fatigue a bit.

Looks like my previous email didn't post.....

My BP is around the 124/80 - 128/90 range. Haven't been super diligent about

taking my BP as my acupuncturist takes it weekly, but I am not super out of

breath like I used to be before lowering my T3 meds, so I know I'm in a good (or

better place). I can check with my acupuncturist if need be.

My concern is that I'm going to see this Endo tomorrow and he'll push me to

switch to Armour as he already called me to say he's " very concerned " about my

labs below. He wanted me to go on only 2 grains of Armour 4 months ago and I

stayed on the T3 instead per your suggestion. Aside from the fact that 2 grains

of Armour would make me severely Hypo, I want to make sure you are OK with me

switching to Armour before agreeing to do so. And I would want to be on the

equivalent (or close to) dose and not a dose that would make me severely sick.

Yes, he seems to care LESS about symptoms and goes by labs. Boooooo.

How can I convince him to focus on my symptoms and the fact that I really need

testosterone and to raise my Vitamin D dose?

Agreed!!!!

So, do you think I should just stay on the T3? Since lowering my T3 meds a bit,

my FT3 came down, but my FT4 lowered as well, which I found surprising.

Just wondering when or if you decide that someone has taking care of their

Reverse T3 problem and should go on back on Armour or should just stay on T3

altogether. Won't it be bad if my FT4 continues to lower.......?

I actually really don't want to switch to Armour unless you think I need to. Do

people feel better after going on T3 then switching to Armour?

I will just have to be creative when dealing with this doctor. I need him for

some things (vitamin d scripts) and I really want to try testosterone which has

been low for years and years.
