Guest guest
also, wanted to let you know i bougth a BG meter, and i took it at 10pm last night and it was 120:(....that was fasting i took it this morning right after i got up and put my t3 under my tongue, and it was 95... Q: this tells me i have some high nightime cortisol going on and seem to have plenty of cortisol in the morning. would that be your opinion as well? i am going to keep tabs on it 3 times per day, is that what you do? i am now into my 4th day off of hc completely, and i have tweaked my t3 dosing schedule,... went from [18.75, 18.75, 18.75, 18.75] to [12.5, 18.75, 12.5, 18.75]my daytime temps are really good, have been steady at 98.7...my basal is a tad low 97.6-97.8, so i am thinking of adding a tiny bit to my nighttime dose (going from 18.75 to 25) and see what happens from there. i am waking feeling good and ready to hit the day, its a weird feeling i'm not used to;) only thing that concerns me is that i am feeling good on such a low dose of t3 and that i am getting high cortisol in the evening. this means stress in my body from something, no? once again, your opinions are cherished and all of your time SO appreciated. thank you val!!!! > > hey, sorry val, just a couple of follow up random questions.... > 1)what are the desirable pre-ov and post-ov basal temps for a healthy woman? > 2)if i want to do another saliva test, do i have to stop licorice root, holy basil, rhodiola, ashwaghanda, etc. for two weeks prior? >
