Guest guest
Hate to say ti but it may be time for thyroid labs to help sort this one out. I woudl TRY a stress dose for today to get this party behind oyu. A bit high coritl sfor a dya is betyter than risking falling too low and recrashign adrenals. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ Val, I'm now 7 weeks out, readjusted my HC dose down to 25 mg and 75 mcg T3 (see below our emails to each other), and I was feeling good again after things going weird on me a few weeks ago. The last 3 days I've been stressed out, nervous and shakey occasionally. My bp has been anywhere from 120/70 - 140/85 and pulse anywhere from 75 up to 100. Yesterday was bad, I had to deal with some stressful stuff and took a xanax to chill out, today hasn't been much better but I didn't take a xanax, just road it out. Tomorrow will be another stressful day, having a huge birthday bbq for my oldest son with about 30 people and I was so wiped out today by the last 2 days I could hardly move, just wanted to sleep/very tired. Obviously I need to be on tomorrow, thank God for my husband, he's been taking care of 95% of stuff that needs done before this big bash. Girl I don't know if I'm coming or going, do I need more/less HC or more/less T3 or just head for the hills until after the party;-) Additional info. My temps have been weird since July 1 and are as follows: 98.6 99.0 98.7 98.6 98.6 98.3 98.3 98.5 98.5 98.8 yesterday (it was hot here - stressed out/took xanax) 99.0 today (hot again today - stressed out/no xanax) Kem in Eugene <º)))>< Re: Val/Nick - somethings going on that's weird Posted by: " T" artisticgroomer@... valharly Tue Jun 22, 2010 3:43 am (PDT) Because over all your symptoms point MORE to high cortils than to high thyroid. High P and HIgh PUlse BOTH can be form CORTISOL being too high. The temps look pretty satble except for ONE day. The other two are in line wiht each other just a tad high. POFTEN as we clear the receptors of RT3 the cortils needs go dow quickly., Bleieve me I tried with T3 changes at first too and it wa weong, it was the HC. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ On 6/21/2010 11:45 PM, Kem Tillford wrote: > > > Val I'm just getting your email so didn't see your suggestion to lower > HC. Guest guest
Hi Kem, Jost wondering, where are you in your cycle. When I have my period, I up my iron as this is what has been happening to me too, I have been on T3 only since May 1st. I think with me, it is the low iron and B12 that causes the exhaustion since it is right about that time when I have experienced it. Have fun at the party, try and relax and enjoy!!! Give hubby extra lovins, you are blessed to have someone who understands! Guest guest
Got it. I woke up this morning and felt good, bp/pulse is good, no nervousness or fatigue. This may have been a fluke given the past few days were over the top stressful, will see how it plays out today. I'm seeing my GYN in 2 weeks and he always tests thyroid but not sure what to do regarding how much T3/HC to take until then. Any suggestions on that?<<Posted by: " T" artisticgroomer@... valharlySun Jul 11, 2010 2:46 am (PDT)Hate to say ti but it may be time for thyroid labs to help sort this one out. Guest guest
Donna, I'm perimenopausal so my periods are spacing out 3 - 4 months at a time. My last one was June 7. I take iron and b12 daily. Back in the day I could tell what was going on there but am at a loss these days. Seeing gyn in a couple of weeks to have him run some tests on thyroid, vits, and female hormones to get a better picture.Kem<<Posted by: "Donna" a_r_d12885@... a_r_d12885Sun Jul 11, 2010 4:52 am (PDT)Hi Kem,Jost wondering, where are you in your cycle.
