I've had it mentioned before that there may be a RT3 issue but i'm having trouble understanding what i should do from here. RT3 461.0 pmol/L 230.0 - 540.0 Free T4: -- 16.2 -- -- pmol/L (10.0-19.0) TSH: 0.88 0.83 -- -- -- mIU/L (0.50-4.00) Free T3: -- 4.2 -- -- -- pmol/L (3.5-6.5) I'm currently on HC 5mg 2x p/ day in the morning upon rising and at 2pm to treat low morning cortisol, with high cortisol during the day, afternoon and night. Also PS, melatonin, Adaptogens and Progesterone Cream. ENDOCRINOLOGY SALIVA Units Range SALIVA Cortisol Morning 16.82 nmol/L 6.00 - 42.00 Cortisol Noon 24.17 *H nmol/L 0.00 -11.00 Cortisol Afternoon 30.81 *H nmol/L 0.00 - 15.00 Cortisol Midnight 15.9 *H nmol/L 0.0 -5.0 Melatonin (Saliva)-Midnight < 1 *L pg/mL 10-40 DHEAS. 26.5 *H 2.5-25 Regards, Cindy.
