Guest guest
One time I had pooling, I just felt very, very hypo. Another time I felt almost like I had the flu. I think it is experienced differently by different people. But yes, generally, it does make you feel worse. Being hypo can cause intestinal discomfort, not sure if this is what is going on with you. But Pooling IS hypo. (One has enough T3 but it can't get into their cells.) > > Where can I find information on pooling in the files. Guest guest
Flavia, those are the causes I am familiar with. I'm sure there are other causes but they are beyond my experience. Moderator Val is away right now, perhaps you could re-post this when she returns? I can only suggest double-checking checking adrenals and iron. Adrenals & temperature graphing: http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/adrenals.htm Iron: And to make sure to get an iron panel, you are looking for a % saturation of 35-45 and a ferritin of 70-90. If the cause is beyond that, I feel that Val's expertise is really needed for this question. You can also arrange a call with her, go to this group's home page and click on the " arrange a call " button. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > > > > Where can I find information on pooling in the files. Guest guest
When I was pooling, my temps were low b/c the t3 wasn't getting into the cells and I also had low cortisol sypptoms as that is the reason I was pooling.
