Guest guest
Val, its been almost 3 weeks since our phone consult. I stopped the erfa and started cytomel . i have worked my dose up from 50 ug to 100 ug. I felt better and sleeping much better , but in the last 3 days i have started to crash, with hypo symptoms of tired, aching, foggy .My temps are still low 97.5 but stable, pulse is ok,ferritin and cortisol were ok last i checked 4 weeks ago. I feel like my own production of t4,t3, is dropping and im not keeping up enough.how high a dose of cytomel can i take and how fast do i go up? anything else to do?? I was doing fine and slowly increased and now at 100mcg of T3. I take it every 2 hours. I feel more tired, aches in joints, dry, especially hands and feet. Then around the evening I feel that loss of breath feeling, pressure in the chest etc.. I know it is all hypo. I am not anxious, heart beats fine, normal pulse, low temps still. -

I think I will try to increase in 4 days, wait how I respond, then again in 4 days or so. I am kind of new to this too, so don't feel alone. -
Guest guest
> >So do we keep raising our dose, and as rt3 clears we start feeling better??? Most people feel a bit better along the way as they clear hypo symptoms and then get a surge at the end. Receptor blockage clears suddenly for some very strange reason Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com For lots of good information of adrenal issues http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com/ and the adrenal group on http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
