It is normal to see the band shift around some...especially when they

are lying down and applying pressure to one side (front or back)One of

my boys had a similar issue with the band almost covering one eye. Our

orthotist made an adjustment to the front to help correct this issue,

but you should expect them to shift more than usual following an

adjustment....this is when they are a little looser...but loose is ok,

that doesn't mean it is not working. Same thing happens with the ears,

but as long as the band is not rubbing and causing a problem, I would

say it is ok...get with your LO to be sure, but soon your worries will

diminish as you and your kids get used to the bands and this process.

This has also happened with my daughter. It was very low over one eye and we

were

going in the next day but I called and got in that day and they made an

adjustments.

There was a ridge over the one eye but as soon as it was adjusted it went away.

I would

call in a ask your tech. I even took pictures of her eye because it seemed

pretty bad at

first. I am not sure if it could do any permeant damage, does anyone know?

But I

suggest calling in and asking to come in early.
