Guest guest
I take my T3 4 times a day but save one third of my nighttime dose for during the night when I get up to use the bathroom. I think it's helping me to not have foot cramping when I get up in the morning. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge! It is somewhat of a hassle to snap those pills apart, but if possible I would dose it 25, 18.75, 18.75, 12.5. Some have better results with a high-low-high-low type of pattern, so I'd also try 25, 18.75, 12.5, 18.75 and see which worked better for me.I believe generally that the T3 is better tolerated on a 4 times a day dosing schedule than a 3 times a day schedule; I think it is certainly worth a try.> > > >> > > > Hi> > > > > > > > > > > > I have been raising iron and magnesium a lot this past month and feeling better in general from that. At the end of my last period I tried 1/4 of a .25 vivelle estrogen patch and left the patch on for 3 days. My period this month is two weeks late which is very unusual for me. Would the little bit of estrogen at the beginning of last cycle be affecting this period?> > > > > > > > I also feel sort of hypothyroid (hair falling out, joints are sticking) and hypoadrenal (a little shaky feeling) and my pulse is higher (80's)and bp a little lower than usual but adding cortef just makes me feel like I have too much hc.> > > > > > > > I am not sure what I should be adjusting. If the patch didn't cause the period delay then would these hormone/iron changes change it to that extent? Even through these past couple of years of illness my period still always came monthly give or take a few days.> > > > > > > > Thanks for your help,> > > > > > > > > > > >> > >> >>------------------------------------We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
No I don't take hydrocortisone. <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge! I am worried about taking t3 too far away from the hc, but maybe it doesn't matter?
