Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm moving to from Australia to Denmark in three weeks which means I'm going to be awake when I would usually be sleeping in Australia and asleep when I would usually be awake in Australia. What do I do about my T3 dosing on the 24-36 hour flight over there - I may not sleep well. And how do I switch my T3 dosing to a complete opposite time zone? Thanks for your help. Guest guest
Thanks Val - Thanks for your prompt response. What do you mean by half the difference? And how much more can I take while I am awake? I am scared of going hyper in transit! Aaargh! hehe. Flying alone for that long is scary enough as it is. I currently take 95mcg of Tertroxin a day. I dose is 20, 20, 20, 20, 15.
