I do nto think ANYONE needs ot go over 75-80mcg T3 by the 6-7 week

point. Gpoing way too high will only cuse adrenal stress as it wil

lpool whne you have high RT3 still. You cannot push more T3 into the

cells until the Rt3 reduces so the first 4-6 weeks all you are

tryingto do is supress T4 and thus RT3 production., You are not ABLE

to getunhypo at that poitn so more T3 is NOT a good thing to do

then. The 6.25mcg raises are fine until you get to a 75-100mcg dose

then oyu really need to be judiciouos in raising it as it wil be

pooling and htus building WAY high inthe blood. This accomplished

nothing and will not get rid of RT3 faster. It can also cause

adrenla stress which we certianly do nto need more of.

Here is the next

spread sheet. The calculation is for increasing by

6.25 every 3 days. I am assuming I will not need to go

this high before clearing and then will have to drop

back and decrease. But I am at 131.25 at the 7th week

and still low temps (but steady) and pulse. For me it

makes sense to have the 30 days prescription have more

pills than i need since I pay a co-pay each time. so I

pay the same no matter how many pills I get. I am

still getting the 25 mcg pills since they are easier

to cut into 6.25 quarters for the slow increases. I

tried going 4 days at 125 mcg (I am doing 5 doses per

day) and by the 3rd day temps dip a little.

It looks like I will

reach the end of the 12th week around Oct. 7th.

I hope that these

spread sheets are helpful. If you download the

attachment and open it in microsoft excell you should

be able to change the amounts to suit your needs.

out how many pills you need in a given month or to

help your doc know how to write your prescription

when you are upping your T3 dose by 6.25 or 12.5

every 3 to 7 days I have a spread sheet you can

use that my husband has created for me. He works

for a pharmasudical firm in the accounting dept.

his job has him having to make spread sheets to

calculate how many doses of a medicine will be

made from a given batch. he used this knowledge to

make me a spread sheet which i passed on to my doc

so he would know how many pills to write the

script for. you can use this as a model to

calculate your amounts.

based on increasing every 3 days. then it adds up

the total number of pills per month. The doc then

divides that into equal amounts to write the

prescription. For example: I was taking 5 doses

each day but not every dose was the same amount.

But for the script he wrote 4 times a day so that

the number of pills would be able to be divided

evenly. This post from the group will not allow me

to make an attachment so i will attach the file in

a reply to my own post.

model to suit your individual amounts/dosage. My

husband is about to make me a 2nd calculation

starting at 125mcg.
