OK the high pulse indicates to me the T3 is reachign the cells. But

your TT3 is higher than it shoudl be, especially for the 75mcg dose you

are on, so it is confusing. You iron is definitly high enough and I stil

am unsure whether HIGH iron affects thyroid but I suspect it does. On

thee labs I woudl reduce T3 just to lower your pulse if for no other

reason. SOmetimes I ahve seen folks pass theoir asweet spot and not even

notice and keep right on raising and hyper feels much the same as hypo

with a high pulse. It would be unusual to be hyper on 75mcg but NOT

unheard of, sothat is wher I woudl start . You could also try reducing

HC WITH the T3 reduction. Both things may help wiht the high pulse.
