Guest guest
What are your thoughts on 's Temp Syndrome and the protocol. This is my doctor's suggestion, but I have seen that you guys don't seem to favor the protocol. I also have low cortisol and have not wanted to take cortisol (is there a 'natural' cortisol, because I don't care to take a synthetic (un-natural) drug. My cortisol has come up with the use of vitamin therapy, but still not where it needs to be.. Please offer me your thoughts and suggestions. I'm a teacher and would like to be able to start the school year for the first time in 4 years not dragging myself out of bed and off to work! As for cortiosl it depends on how low your s is do youhave slaiva cortiosl labs oyu can post? Hydrocortisone is BIOIDENtical SO YOU WONL;T GET ANYTHING CLOSER THAN THAT TO WHT YOUR BODY MAKES, nATURAL IS not BIOIDENTICL AND DOES NTO WORK AS WELL. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > What are your thoughts on 's Temp Syndrome and the protocol. Guest guest
For vitamins I've been doing 200mg vit B complex, 200 mg CoQ10, Rhodiola, Lindberg's Varisity Pack II (8 pills a day of higher-dose vitamins/minerals/antioxidents, etc) additional 1000 of vit D (I was deficient), also amino acids 5HTP and Tyrosine (because my Seratonin and dopamine levels also came back low. I have saliva testing, but can't get my hands on it right this second, finding it and I will post.
