Guest guest
Wow, I just checked out the Vitamin D link (that Val takes) and the filler contains soybean oil. Arent' people with HypO suppose to avoid soy? Or maybe the filler amount is not so much that it would have an adverse effect on HypO's? terri > > > > >I find out the results of my vitamin D test in two weeks. Get some other results back then. Guest guest
Goitrpogens are processed otu of many meds it is the raw foods themselves that are dangerous and goitrogenic. I do nto consume deliberatley a LOT of soybeean oil but the amount in a couple tiny gelcaps is not going to make or break my thyroid status. Besides goitrogens such as these prevent the thyorid making hormones. Mine doesn;lt do that already! LOL It does not interfere with uptake of the thyroid hormones which is ALL I am concerned wiht while takign T3. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > Wow, I just checked out the Vitamin D link (that Val takes) and the filler contains soybean oil. Guest guest
I can Vit D on prescription here in NZ for $3. I think that is my cheapest option, otherwise I'll be paying for something that I have to convert into NZ dollar, plus postage. Only problem is I have to wait to see my docotr to get the prescription. Two more weeks to go... So, just checking that there are no physical symptoms of pooling. Seems like my post has gone down the track of Vitamin D supplementation... Thanks > > > > > > >I find out the results of my vitamin D test in two weeks. Get some other results back then. Guest guest
I think the physical symptoms of pooling can be of t3 intolerance. Pooling is usually caused by low cortisol or low iron, so you could have low cortisol symptoms like anxiety, feeling inner trembling, like an internal shakiness, malaise, dizziness, weakness or faintness. Low iron tends to give hyper like feelings even though your temps and pulse are low, so you'd maybe feel anxious and jittery, like you're wired but without the high pulse and temp.
