hydrocortisone.....is it the same as adrenal glandualr?

Ok so I have been taking an adrenal support supplement with adrenal gland in it

for almost a year. My doc had done a saliva back last fall and my only issue was

the cortisol not dropping down at night so I have been taking phosphididyl

(spelling?) sterine in the eves to lower cortisol at night. I asked him if I

needed to be on hydrocortisone or isocort snd he said the adrenal glandular he

has me on is jst as good. I have overall low temps but they do drop more after

increased activity.

So what do you think?
