Guest guest
Generally temps and pusle are what I watch to see if a person has sufficient T3 in their cells. If pulse is high and temps low, then we look for intolerance things such as adrenals, iron or low sodium. I will have to read your site! Yr' welcome ! http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > > > > > > Thanks to both Val and Margery for answering my query about dry mouth and trouble swallowing. > After yesterdays good news today things are back to normal with lower than normal body temps. The day after I increase my dose by even 6.25 mcg I see an increase in body temp but then it returns to its normal lower than average temp. Perhaps I haven't cleared all the receptors yet as I thought but IF I have gone through clearance how long does it take to be optimally dosed? > The reason I ask is because I am suspicious that while I have had a clearance event I am still not on my optimal dose of T3 and therefore probably still quite hypothyroid and/or I am experiencing pooling but with much less drama than before. Hypothyroid conditions can slow saliva and dry the mouth as I see it in a lot of hypothyroid patients in my dental chair, so it stands to reason that that may be the cause of dry food not going down easily. This clearance process does lead one to hypothesize a lot but the more I understand about all the quirks of this process the less I am afraid. > I should tell you that I wrote about this group in my blog today because I am just amazed at how much better I am even if I have further to go. I feel like we really must spread the word. Thanks Val, Margery and Nick.
