Ok, I have low ferritin (26) in August. I increased iron to 200mg per day per

advice from group. Thank you. Now my temps are stable with HC dosing (35mg).

Avg. temps for last six days are 97.9, 97.9, 97.9, 97.8, 97.9, 98.0. My current

cytomel dose is 10mcg per day - have been on 10mcg for almost 2weeks. 5mcg at

7am and 5mcg at 4pm. Do you feel it is ok to increase now? And if so, how much

and at which time of day. Advice from group was to be conservative with increase

- less than recommended on RT3 site. So I don't know if i should add another

5mcg and if the increase should be to one of the existing times i already take

or if i should add a third dose. RT3 ratio was 8 in June 2010 and have been off

T4 meds since June 25 .
