....glad you have an answer for feeling so bad! Yours and my ratios are close. Mine was 12.14 last check, but I have to have bloodwork done next week again!

Thanks much Val! That's actually great news. I sooooo value YOUR opinion. I'm actually happy to know it's an RT3 problem that's causing me to drag my knuckles on the ground. 1) In addition to the HC I understand that I can now start Cytomel. Is there a file for dosing instructions (like we have for HC dosing)?2) How often and at what intervals should I retest RT3?with a heavy sigh of relief here,> > Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum 2.9 (2.0-4.4)> > Reverse T3 224 (90-350)> >>

Yes, I honestly don't know what I'd do without Val and the NTH mods. Thank God

they want to keep doing what they've been doing so well all these years. I'm

looking forward to working through this once I get my Cynomel and HC pills...the

HC cream seems to run out of steam before time for the next dose.

Hope you're feeling better/breathing easier too Joan. I thought about you when

I began noticing that I was frequently and suddenly in-taking a big breath of

air for no good reason. I think that's probably the beginning of air hunger.

It's almost like what they describe as sleep apnea only I'm awake. Stay cool if

you can!
