Guest guest
I had a terrible time with it, too. I do better with other brands. Guest guest
Tough to say if it's the bluebonnet; perhaps a slower, more gradual start would help? Such as 1 a day for a few days, then 2 a day split into 2 doses for a few days, etc., etc. Building up iron dose over time sometimes helps with the digestive issues. > > I just started the blubonnet iron 27 mg I started with 4 a day split into 2 doses.I haven't had any stomach or intestinal problems until starting iron. Guest guest
I take Feosol at night before I go to bed, it really depends on how much solid food I've eaten that day but if I'd had more liquid or soft type foods during the day I can have that issue the next day. I also notice that stress can cause it as well. Maybe try eating more cheese, it can help bind up what's ailing you;-)<<Posted by: "cheree" itsmecheree@... itsmechereeTue Jul 13, 2010 7:53 pm (PDT)I just started the blubonnet iron 27 mg I started with 4 a day split into 2 doses.I haven't had any stomach or intestinal problems until starting iron. Guest guest
Just a thought here. Same thing happened to me, but it was the chewable Vitamin C! Once I switched to a vitamin C that I could swallow the problem cleared up almost immediately. BTW, I had a PT recommend Vit C powder for constipation.
