Guest guest
I have started taking T3 and i take it sublingually. I don't take extra calcium other than what is in my multi as my calcium hasn't been low. i eat dairy. If one is taking the T3 sublingually it is my understanding that it is not an issue about when you eat. Sharon Remember! Dolls are people, too....have you hugged your dolls today? I know we are told not to take calcium supplements with t3, even though the research was actually done on t4 with 1000 mg calcium carbonate. I'm wondering if the calcium in food affects t3 absorbption that much.Husband may have to start t3 soon and as he drinks whey shakes (he's a vegetarian and needs them for protein), I need to figure out when he can take his meds! Thanks,Kathleen

Guest guest
Thanks, Val. He'll take any pill I give him, but the timing can be difficult! :-) Kathleen > > I *thought* Val said she does, but I'm not sure.
