Guest guest
>> So my question really is...Could I have cleared my RT3? How will I know? Today my heart is still racing and I feel exceptionally tired (more than usual). And also, should I increase my T3 dose if my temps are at 37? A temperature of 37 says don't increase as long as you feel OK If when you clear the resistance pulse goes up but temperature stays put then it could be that your adrenals couldn't cope with the extra T3 that tried to get through and counteracted it. It might be worth dropping T3 to 50 and seeing what happens, too much can feel like too little if the adrenals dip to compensate Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com For lots of good information of adrenal issues http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com/ and the adrenal group on http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
