Guest guest
I do nto think T3 is pooling I htink it is too high a dose. HIGH thyroid can cause joint pain and muscle apin just a much as hypo can. I t also stresses adrenals . I woudl reduce T3 ot 80. No more and if you can't get 80 wiht your pills, go to75,mcg and add some potassium in. It is best of you can get the slow release poitassium. Potassium being this low can definitely cause many of the pains you are mentioning as well. SO stop iron it is probably too high and lowering T3 wil help it reduce naturally. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.faqhelp.webs.com/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > Hi Val, > > Hope you had time for yourself. Guest guest
Val, I will decrease my T3, but how much of this slow release potassium should I be taking? Where do I get it? I know potassium is dangerous if you take it wrong. Then when should I test the FT3 and electrolytes? In a month? Thanks so much for your help. - > > > >> Hi Val, > >> > >> A brief explanation of our conversation last week. > >> > >> I am on 40mg of HC: > >> > >> 7am - 10 > >> 11am - 10 > >> 3pm - 7.5 > >> 7pm - 7.5 > >> bedtime - 5 > >> > >> T3 grossman brand - 106.25mcg > >> > >> Every two hours > >> > >> 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm = 18.75mcg each > >> 6pm = 12.50mcg > >> > >> > >> > >> I have been on the RT3 protocol since March.
