Guest guest
Hi Kris: I saw Lethal Lee answered that your sodium was too low - this may be part of the reason your pulse gets too high. I take Celtic Sea Salt, here's a link: http://www.celticseasalt.com/Celtic-Sea-Saltreg-Brand-Light-Grey-Celticreg-1-lb-\ P763C8.aspx My own pulse went too high from low sodium. It decreased when I supplemented salt adequately. The usual recommendation is 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons a day. Val puts a pinch of salt in all the water she drinks during the day. On travel days, I've found it handy to dissolve the whole amount in a bottle of plain seltzer, carry that bottle with me, and drink it over the course of the day. Your mention of shaking concerned me, I'm sorry I can't be of help with that one, you may wish to re-post on that subject. > > Sorry I saw those numbers from my blood draw and the big scare message > attached and forgot to tell you some pertinent information.
