Guest guest
I know we have discussed this previously but I am again confused about the timing of when to take my iron. I am taking my T3 sublingually in 5 doses about 3 hours apart. The warnings on taking iron were that one can take iron an hour after taking the T3 but to wait 4 hours after taking iron for the next T3 dose. I take my iron twice a day. So my question is how do i stay on my T3 schedule if there has to be a 5 hour window between? Thanks so much! Sharon

Take the T3 sulingually and there is no issue Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com For lots of good information of adrenal issues http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com/ and the adrenal group on http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
