Do I have to go completely off Armour to clear RT3?

I have no thyroid due to thryoid cancer and have RT3 and adrenal fatigue. My

dr. has me on 1 grain of Armour and 75 mg of Cytomel as wasll as Hydrocortizone.

I've been on this for 1 month. To completely clear the RT3 do I need to go on

cytomel only? I don't think my dr. has any plans for me to stop the Armour.
