Guest guest
When I read about the recall, I looked it up on the FDA list. I copied it and went back to the store (Walgreens) 2 hours after I bought the Rx, and after I had talked to the pharmacist on the phone and offered to look up the recall on my computer and bring her a copy. They wouldn't exchange my medication for another brand (Mylam) because she said they can't take medication back after it leaves the store. They wouldn't give me a new rx for the mylam because they say the insurance company would not pay for it because I had bought the first bottle. She finally said (after I spoke with one of the store managers) that she would give me 3 days supply and I would have to talk to the head pharmacist and/or head store manager on Monday. Of course, they would sell me a new bottle of the stuff if I paid full price. How's that for a scam? <>Roni Immortality exists! It's called knowledge!
