Guest guest
It IS ok to take iron with other vitamins, isn't it? T3 generally does not adversely interact with food, but it will with iron. Taking T3 sublingually avoids interactions.> >> > When doing the multi-dosing of T3 every 3 hours during the day does one need to take this on an empty stomach like the NDT and/or wait a given time period before eating?> > > > I have a call in to my doc asking again for him to please review this info on nick's pages and prescribe the T3 for me. Guest guest
Iron pretty much binds every thing it contacts in the digetsive system. The ONLY vitamin I would take wiht it is vitamin C which helps it absorb. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ It IS ok to take iron with other vitamins, isn't it? Subject: Re: How to take T3?/sources for meds / sublingual To: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, July 7, 2010, 2:09 PM  Perri, you're right. Guest guest
Thanks, Val! Wow, it is hard to figure out how to take what and when! How much time should I leave between taking iron and other vitamins? I take my hc and thyroid first thing in the a.m. Then about 45 mins. to an hour later, I take magnesium, potassium, EFA, probiotic, D3, Pandrenol, etc. Appreciate the advice! Guest guest
There is no reason you can't take all your vitamins , minerals etc with HC and T3 then wait an hour and take iron and vitamin C alone. Iron is slow to adsorb and DOES interfere wiht many things so why risk it when you can take almoat everythign with T3. Calcium would be the other exeption http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ Thanks, Val!
