Guest guest
I'd have b12 tested. Low iron often goes hand-in-hand with low b12, folks who don't absorb iron well very often don't absorb b12 well, either. > > > > > But do feel constipated since starting the iron. Guest guest
I take a multi vitamin with B12 and also a B12 complex, both together contain roughly 265 mcg of Vit B12. What would be the recommended amount or range I should be in. Also same question for magnesium? Or should I not worry about these at this time? > > > > > > > But do feel constipated since starting the iron. Ferrain level last taken in March was at 7.
