I'd have b12 tested. Low iron often goes hand-in-hand with low b12, folks who

don't absorb iron well very often don't absorb b12 well, either.

I take a multi vitamin with B12 and also a B12 complex, both together contain

roughly 265 mcg of Vit B12. What would be the recommended amount or range I

should be in.

Also same question for magnesium?

Or should I not worry about these at this time?
