I don't think so but I think that part of the problem is I am on srt3 and I

started braking up the doses to 3xd instead of one and I take it at 7am 45mcg,

12n 10mcg, 6pm 10mcg. and I just want to get off it and start cynomel to have

more control on the amts. They said it takes approx 8hrs for sr to release in

your body. I think I'm still taking too much in the am and maybe I should change

my times up...it's hard to say. Here are my temps for the last few days

7am 97.8

10 98.4

5pm 98.6

11p 97.6

7am 97.5

12 99

3 98.7

930p 98.2

7am 98

11am 97.2

6p 98.6

9 98.2

7 98.3

12 98.2

5p 98.8

11p 97.9

12n 98.1

5p 99

7 98.2

12 98.8

5p 99.1

Usually if I have an infection my pulse rate would go up and my pulse has

remained 60-64bpm resting. I definitly need cortisol but I also need to change

my t3 to cynomel if I want to adrenals to heal right. They are probably getting

stressed just by dosing with srt3...I don't know at this point..Any info would

be helpful

Thanks

I have the cynomel in my closet, but I don't know if I should wait to start my

cortisol to get my temp more stable or I should try and get my t3 schedule and

dose adjusted correctly, and if so should I start with 12.5 or 6.25mg 4 or

5xday?

Hi Nick

I just realized that you think I'm on 120mcg of srt3 but I am only taking 65mcg

in one day. 7am 45, 12n 10, 6pm 10mcg, so what would be a good amt of cynomel to

start with?

I am definitely hypo but did this because I've started HC yesterday and I didn't

know if I am pooling t3., but I am hypo.

I got a new thermometer (animal,it has mercury) and that is alot more accurate

then my other which was showing high temps. Now I am showing lower which makes

more sense considering my symptoms.

Thanks

Christie
