Guest guest
Hello Group, I seem to have so many problems but am trying to stay focused on my Cytomel dosing. I am up to 62.5mcg's now. I wanted to know what is a normal range for our pulse. Mine is up and down. Is the 80's and 90's ok? Sometimes when I am up and walking around it goes up over 100. Is that still ok? My temps run high anyway, so I don't know if I can go by them. Usually run in the upper 98 to 99.4 at times. I also wondered at what dosage of Cytomel should I expect to have more energy? I am still very fatigued. Off topic, I am 28 days off a Valium withdrawal and I know that can still cause fatigue. Also for the last two days I took Amrix, a muscle relaxer. That made me especially weak, and I have stopped it. I have such awful head spasms and tight muscles in the shoulder area, and I think all that can add to the fatigue feeling. Hard to know what is causing what when you are dealing with so much. I just wish I could start feeling a little better. I am proud of myself that I am up to 62.5 now and hope I can continue to increase. I also have a heavy body heart beat at times. LIke I can feel my heart beating throughout my whole body. Is this just a side effect of the cytomel? Thanks, Faith (Ann)
Guest guest
Wow! I just want to say congratulations for being off the Valium!!! That is a HUGE accomplishment. In terms of the muscle spasms, is it possible that you could treat yourself to a massage?
