Guest guest
Hi Nick or Val, I am in week 11 of T3 only and now taking 81.25 mcg of Cynomel. My basal temp, under my arm, is 98.4 as of this morning but normally around 98-98.2. Last night we were watching television and all of a sudden I felt like I couldn’t swallow, as if phlegm was blocking my throat. This had the effect of making me panic and the panic attack lasted for several hours. I was particularly dry having had tortilla chips earlier, so I thought perhaps the dryness was the issue. However, I just had it happen again on the way to a store. I didn’t bring water along, so I couldn’t sip water and I could feel the panic again. Do you think this is something to do with the T4 decaying? Should I decrease my cynomel and see if it improves. My pulse is pretty good at rest: 78-89 bpm and my blood pressure is 116/74 at rest. Any exertion will increase my pulse to 112 and my blood pressure to 117/86. When I last increased I pulse was acting up and at one point it was 132 bpm but that quickly went back to normal. I feel the impulse to panic is increasing and I am not fond of it. Do you have any idea what might be going on? Kris
