Charting Temps-some data better than no data or not?

Hello Nick and :

Thank you for being here. I feel very desperate for help with the constant

adrenaline symptoms I have been having for the last 6 months since Armour went

off the market, which has caused what I believe to be an adrenal crash and

complete intolerance of any thyroid med. and my rT3 value to skyrocket.

I am new to these forums and have been reading few weeks, learning.

I have started HC a few weeks ago and am working on better temp charting. I

have not been consistent yet in taking my temps same time and same number of

times per day. ie...some days at 8, 11 and 2 but other days at 8 and 3 or just

2.

I have a couple weeks of data now. When I report these values to you here, is

it most helpful to include all the data or just the averages or not at all until

I am taking them consistently? Are partial values better than none?

I have consistent basal temps, btw, which I gather is a reflection of my thyroid

status more than my adrenal status, correct?

Sincerely,

Terri
