Guest guest
Yuor low iron may be causing this type of intolerance. It can take several months ot gt iorn up to a good level. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.faqhelp.webs.com/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > I consider myself in good shape before i started changing my t3 and started HC. I was a biker, 3-4x wk 7miles at a fast pace. That was the only thing I could tolerate. Now nothing because of HC. Dosing 10-7.5-5-2.5. I took high protein snack before bed now but I wake up at 3-4am with difficulty going back to sleep. I slept fine before. > > My pulse rate before cynomel (was on 100mcg srt3/ 62.5mcg t4 before switch) was 64-68. Now it's around 70's-80's but I can feel it throughout my body which is very uncomfortable and then it will increase higher with exertion after taking dose for about an hour or 2. Is this what to expect. Should I hold alittle longer with increases I hate to be this hypo. > > Iron Lab June 20 > Total 67 (40-175) > Binding 279 (250-450) > Sat 24% (15-50) > Ferritin 36 > > Since then supp with bluebonnet 100 daily. Guest guest
You reduce T3 to where your pulse is more comfortable and just hold longer while you are raising iron. http://www.nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.faqhelp.webs.com/ http://www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > So where do I go from here? > > I feel like i'm in worse shape starting this HC and cynomel then just staying on srt3/t4? > > Christie > > >>>> >>>> >>>> >>>>> I keep on getting an increased hrt rate after taking T3. Guest guest
I am not one of the moderators but I did want to tell you that I had this when I first started taking T3 only (cytomel). I believe I was told at the time that it was because I was still hypo and needed to raise the T3 but slowly so as not to cause adrenal issues. Once I got rid of the Rt3 and got used to T3 and my adrenals were ok, that feeling went away. I was told that a hard slow heart beat was low T3 or being hypo. I am sure one of the moderators will give you an opinion also.VeniziaSubject: Re: Annoying increased heart rate after taking T3To: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, August 6, 2010, 9:46 AM I consider myself in good shape before i started changing my t3 and started HC.
