How will these estrogen supp's effect my cycle???

I just had my septum removal on Monday and go to see my RE for a f/u on

Tuesday. I am on 2 estrogen pills a day for a month, how will this

effect my cycle? Will I not ovulate, will I not get a period? I just am

not too sure what to expect. Also, I hear of women going from estrogen

to progesterone afterward. Is this always the case? My RE has not

mentioned any other pills after this. I am finished with my antibiotics

tomorrow. Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks!
