Hi Kris,

How are all the other Hyper type symptoms now (bowels, tremor headache,

interrupted sleep)? All gone?

Looks like your Sodium is still low by your BP measurements.

Are you keeping up the Sea Salt supping?

As far as standing BP goes it should of course go up (as yours did).

As far as Bp of 116 that would be high for a RESTING pulse but as for standing?

BP will of course vary according to activity.

Are you taking the standing BP & HR immediately after you stand?

If so do resting & standing BP & Hr as normally do but remain standing & repeat

BP & HR after a minute or 2 & see what the reading is then.

resting BP just now was 110/76 which is pretty normal for me. My sitting pulse

was 83. I stood up and took it again and my BP was 122/75 and my pulse was 116.

Is that normal? Also why is my diastolic going down while the systolic goes up?

Could this all be due to having overtaxed my adrenals with too much T3 for

several weeks (at most three weeks)? I decreased from 125 mcg to 75 on Saturday

having not taken any T3 on Friday. My basal is now 97.6, so I am now officially

hypo. As a result of all of this I am now taking 2.5 mg of hydrocortisone

three times a day for a few days, could that raise my pulse like that? So many

questions so little time.

> Even theories are welcome. Thanks to anyone who has a thought and the time to

share it. Kris

Hi Lethal Lee

I hope you don't mind me jumping onto this message?

My BP results are almost identical to Kris' and I was interested in your comment

about Sodium being low - could you tell me what that means? ie what is it about

the BP that tells you that?

BTW - I'm currently taking 30mgs HC with 25mcgs T3 (can't tolerate any increase

of T3 at the mo as trying to get as much iron into me as poss after low ferritin

result!)

Thanks

Liesha
