bump!

To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, August 19, 2010 5:46:32 PMSubject: Sleepy.

Hello, and thank you for your time.I started cytomel 1 1/2 weeks ago. I was on 5 grains of naturethroid and had a T3 ratio of 12.2. I started with 50mcg but my body keeps asking for more. I've upped it to 81.25 following your instructions except I was doing it every 2 days because I keep getting tired. Three days ago I quit taking iodoral(i was taking three 13.5 tabs a day) I read on here it wasn't good for my reverse T3. Now I'm super tired. My pulse has been in the 80's which is not unusual for me and my temps have been normal. My eyes just burn and I'm sleepy all the time except when I first take my T3 which I have spread out over 5 times during the day. I do supplement my adrenals and when they were tested the only problem was high night time cortisol. What do you think? Thank you I appreciate all your thoughts. Sincerely, Jan

Hello,

Thank you for responding. Money is an issue so to have all these tests would be difficult. My Dr. has my cortisol results so I don't have the numbers. He told me everything looked fine except high night time cortisol. That was from over a year ago and I took suppliments like adapt, seriphos and adrenevive to bring it down. My ferriton was 40 before supplimenting and I'm taking iron for that two 47.5 mg tabs per day. My estrogens and progesterone are great.

dhea 145 Range 35-430 I do supplement dhea one 25 mg tab and have not been retested.

testosterone .34 Range 0.10-0.80

free androgen index 1.64 Range .43-8.48

sex hormone binding globulin 72 Range 18-114

I take folic acid with B12 800 mcg

vit. D-3 2000 iu

vit. C 3000 mg split in three doses.

first thing in the morning temp is usually 98.3.

starts 98.3, 98.6, 98.9 and before bed about 98.4-98.6

My temps are pretty consistant. This past winter they would go as low as 95.6 and were usually in the 97. range that was not good! my blood pressure last checked was 117-69 and it usually runs very close to that. I don't have a way to check my blood pressure at home.

When you do the pupil eye test to me my pupils open and close over and over from the light they never just stay constricted.

I wish I had more info for you I have a lot of symptoms. weight gain, foggy thinking, fat in weird spots, no sex drive, joint soreness, dry hair and skin, peeling nails, sugar cravings, air hunger, depression, IBS symptoms, tired all the time with burning eyes and so many more.

I always was a very physically fit person. I eat right and work out. I don't know where I went.

I hope this info helps. Thank you. Sincerely, Jan
