I just bought the CITIZEN wrist monitor in radio shack for around $50......I don't know if it's a good make, it's the only one I could find here.........

val suggested omron today on the phone, but due to cost concerns i am looking at other brands. does it matter which brand i get?i am looking at the automatic ones for the wrist.are these ok?thanks everyone. wow, you need a lot of stuff to do this properly :)lisa

I got my Omron through Amazon and it was about $25. It has worked very well.
