Guest guest
I am UU, and got pregnant on the first try with IUI. I had a healthy baby boy on November 11. It was not painful, maybe a tad uncomfortable, but not painful. UU, Proud Mama of Caleb 11/11/05 UU question ? hi everyone, first of all i would like to thank all of u for boostingmy morale. i am 25 dh29 and have been ttc #1 baby for almost a year now. I have a uu. and am on my third cycle of clomid. visit to doc yesterday showed that i will be ovulating on the side where i do have a uterus. she offered an IUI if we wanted to. i was just wondering if IUI worked for anyone with a uu. and is it painful. love, liz 25/uu --------------------------------- Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi , Did you take any meds with the IUI? Did the Dr. look to see which side you were ovulating on? Just curious because I will have my first IUI late next week without any meds and the Dr. is not looking at which side I am ovulating on. It is so nice to hear that IUI works! That is inspiring! Guest guest
I was on follistim and femera. Follistim for the first 5 days and femera for 9, I believe....The doctor did monitor the follies and I had follies on both sides with the larger ones on my good side. I also have PCOS, was not producing mature follies and was not ovulating on my own, which is where the med came into effect for me. I would insist on knowing what side I was ovulating on and which had the most mature follies. Why do the IUI, if you are not ovulating on your good side? There is a possiblity of the egg migrating from the bad side, but at a much lower chance. Good Luck, , UU, Proud Mama of Caleb, 11/11/05 UU question ? hi everyone, first of all i would like to thank all of u for boostingmy morale. i am 25 dh29 and have been ttc #1 baby for almost a year now.
