Guest guest
I can't seem to take more than 10 to 15 mcg at a time, but I take 4 to 5 doses spread out during the day, and save one 5 mcg pill for when I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom because I discovered when I do that I don't wake up in the morning with foot cramping. <>Roni Immortality exists!
