T3 Half life and questions about Activated Charcoal - CONFUSED

OK I dont want to sound dumb but could someone answer the following:-

1)I can not take T3 sublingually so how long does T3 take to be fully absorbed

from the gut when you swallow it?

2)When it is absorbed where does it sit, In the blood stream or does it recycle

back to the intestine?

3) VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION:I am treating Lyme Disease and on bad Herx reactions

I have to take activated charcoal, I take it 4 hours after last T3 dose and I

assume Activated charcoal only works in the gut so would it pull any of my T3

from my system/Blood

I only have to take Activated charcoal in a severe herx and not on a regular

basis but I do need to know can it effect my T3??
