Thyroid Labs and latest doctor appointment . Thoughts?

Just had my latest app't. I am on Naturethroid 1 grain. Labs are as follows:

TSH 1.24 range .40-4.50

T4 free 1.1 range .8 - 1.8

T3 free 260 range 230-420

T3 rever 28 range 11-32

This doctor is one of the first I have had who will at least LISTEN, I sent him

the article about a possible reverse T3 issue before appointment. Once in

appointment I asked him if he agreed with it and he said that he WAS dealing

with the adrenal issues and that he does not want to give me T3 only, like

Cytomel. I mentioned that the thyroid med, the cortef, the other things just do

not seem to be working, he now wants to compound the thyroid med and still give

me the combo of T4 to T3. Says I still need both. Otherwise my labs look fine to

him. Wants to up my progesterone cream and also my testosterone to help with

libido.

Still bloating, water retention now big time, upper digestive cramping after

eating or late day....I almost feel like just stopping it all as I feel I am

getting worse and not better. HELP!
