--- Hi -

congrats on your preg--- every week you make, the baby will be better

off, and you are definitely to a decent point!!!!!

I am Bu, septum goes 3/4 way down....

I have 2 children

ds born 36w6d my water broke and off we went to have a baby--he was

delivered vaginally, a pretty normal preg--monitored monthly by

perinatologist

dd born 37w planned c-sect due to breech presentation---

also normal preg, monitored closely

are you seeing a peri??? have you had any probs yet???

I took it very easy, my ob recommended no exercise from 12 w on for

both pregs---a lot of drs do not request you dont exercise, unless you

are having probs...

good luck!! you are on the home stretch....

they can also do ome tests to see if you may deliver early, I think

its called ffn--- but they should check your cervix regularly, to see

if it is holding tight...

feel free to ask any q's

hi julie

welcome to the board and congrats on your pg!!

i'm gabi SU - had a son in 2001 born at 33 weeks and doing great -

just wanted to tell you that 2 perinatologists i saw in the last 2

weeks told me that 32 weeks is usually as good as 34 or greater -

just thought you'd like to know that :) and i know a girl who was

born at 30 weeks - same day as my son, 30 mins earlier - and she

just turned 4 and is doing great too :)

so don't despair/try not to worry - lots of SU/BU women here have

even gone full term, i hope you're in that club too :)

NICU stay can be scary but if you know a little about it before hand

you may feel more confident/less scared -

please feel free to email me directly if you have any questions

best of luck!

Why did they take your baby so " early " at 37 weeks? Were they afraid

you'd go into labor? I guess maybe I'm glad they didn't find my

daughter was breech till my due date, (though at the time I was

extremely annoyed!) I wouldn't have been very happy with them taking

her earlier like that. I guess with the history of your first child at

36 weeks it makes sense though. That might not have happened to me

with it being my first.
