low wake up temp

My morning temps seem to lower when i raise t3. It is between 36.2 and 36.4 on

wake up. During the day temp rises to 36.9 and is stable during the day. It does

take time to wake up in the morning. I this normal ?

Last saliva tests done 4 mths ago

8am 24 (12-22)HIGH

noon 6.6 (5-9) OK

4pm 5.8 (3-7) OK

bed 0.7 (1-3) little low

total daily cortisol 37.1 (21-41)

Are you taking a bed time dose of T3?? It may be time to increase it

or add one if you are not

Are you taking a bed time dose of T3?? It may be time to increase it

or add one if you are not
