My only concern about going to higher iron is that it might upset my other already low

minerals:

RBC mag 4.2 (4.0-6.4)

RBC potassium 97 (90-111)

sodium 138 (135-145)

Do you think supplementing iron in high amounts throws off other minerals? I have read this, but maybe it is not the case when dealing with rt3. thanks,s
