Guest guest
Hi or Nick, After decreasing HC from 30 to 27.5 five days ago I am getting some sleep but not very deep or sound. I don't feel like I'm on TOO much HC but can't seem to get good sleep. I'm not waking up with fast pulse at all. In fact pulse has been very good for past week+. I did try the licorice, to help with raising mineralcorticoids but it was too much with the HC I got very irritable and as soon as I decreased/stopped the licorice it stopped. I wasn't wanting to try to decrease HC instead of licorice because we are just getting my adrenals steady again. Temps have been more stable (past 3 days within .2 of each other) but are still high. I have just started the potassium. Can the exteamly low potassium or aldosterone be causing sleep to not be sound? Or is this also sometimes lack of thyroid? Thank you Sage
