Hi Val,

I was able to obtain some estradial from a friend until my order arrives. I'm

not sure how much to take. This is a cream and 1mg/gm. What do you think would

be a good staring dose?

The lowest possible dose that works for you is best, then you can adjust as

needed. 0.3mg is what I use in the Bi-est cream (estradiol/estriol mix)..is the

cream in a syringe with black lines on it? EL
