All these symptoms can be from HIGH cortils as well so maybe your

adrenals are just still dunmping out too much cortiosl. But retesting it

is a good idea, but often the high cortisol stages cna last for years

before the bottom drops out. Mold exposure could explain both you & BF

being ill and chromin cough and allergy type symptoms. Hepa filters DO

help and ESSENTIAL oils! Eucalyptus, cloves and lemon & Lyme were all

yuseful in reducing mol;d spores inthe air in the horrid house I used ot

live in, btu gettign rid of the mold or moving is hte best solution. IN

a house that routimely floods, you might be better to cut your losses

and move.

I don't understand that you're saying these symptoms could be due to HIGH

cortisol. I have about the same issues and my cortisol is too LOW!

Am I missing something here?
