Guest guest
Doug: THEY WERE NOT prefrozen Mrs.. 's, they were two beautiful fresh salmon steaks purchased at a local market. I don't do frozen or microwave food, I always cook fresh. I picked up today's local newspaper and guess what???? a whole article on how to cook salmon LOL! I received a great many different ways to cook the salmon, and can't wait to try again. Yes, I do make great meatballs and sauce, maybe I should try it with the salmon. Rita Till next time! Rita...I'm no Emril, but I suggest taking the salmon out of the Mrs. 's package before putting it in the oven. The cardboard container and flash frozen wrapping tend to deflect the heat and really screw up the broiling process. If this tip still renders the salmon raw after following package directions, consider salmon sushi. Personally, I'd never eat it but some folks seem to like eating " bait " . When all else fails, stick to what I'll bet you are best at...Italian. Can imagine your spaghetti and meatballs are to die for.
